For Courier Service Owners

Your Courier Service Should Pay You, Not Own You

In 8 weeks, we map every job in your courier service, fix the one that’s eating your time, and build a simple pricing and rate‑raise plan so you can pull tens of thousands more profit a year from the work you already do.

Sound Familiar?

If you're a courier owner, this probably sounds familiar:

  • Your phone never stops. Drivers. Dispatch. Customers.
  • You can't remember the last time you took a real week off without checking in 20 times a day.
  • Half the jobs in the office "live in your head," and when you try to hand something off, it comes back messed up.
  • You think you're making money… but some routes feel like you're working for free.

Meanwhile:

  • You've got years in this business.
  • You carry the stress, the debt, the responsibility.
  • And it still feels like you own a job, not a business.

If that's you, keep reading.

What I'm about to show you is not another "get more customers" pitch.

It's an 8-week cleanup focused on:

  • Getting you out of the job that's killing your time, and
  • Making more money from the work you already do.

Who I Am and Why This Exists

I'm not a generic consultant. I actually bought a messy courier service myself a few years back – same 7-figure kind of size, mix of independent contractor drivers and some staff – and got hit with the same stuff most owners run into: nothing written down, no dispatch team, poor billing process, slow-paying accounts, everything done on pen and paper, very old school.

And I dug myself out by doing exactly this: outlining every job in the business, creating Standard Operating Procedures for each job, hiring around them, and tightening pricing.

When I took it over, it was basically a 24/7 job – I was dispatching nights and weekends and doing invoices by hand. Weekly invoicing alone was eating close to 10–12 hours per week. After I did this work, I brought on a small back-office team so I almost never touch the phones anymore, and we cut invoicing down to about 2 hours a week with clear SOPs and a simple system. It's still a hard business, but it's not a hostage situation anymore.

On the money side, I used the same process I'm offering you here to clean up underpriced work and tighten our rates. One simple rate change on a single customer added about $25,000 a year in profit by itself. Across the book, changes like that have added tens of thousands of dollars a year without chasing more stops – just getting paid properly for the work we already do.

I also did a structured set of rate increases and cleaned up payment terms on our good accounts – nothing crazy – and didn't lose a single solid client, just got paid properly for what we were already doing.

This 8-week cleanup is basically the shortcut I wish I'd had then.

Picture This

3–6 months from now…

  • When a driver or customer calls about that one job, your staff handles it. You don't even get pulled in unless it's truly weird.
  • You have a simple sheet that tells you, in plain numbers, which routes and accounts are worth keeping and which ones aren't.
  • You've already sent rate-increase emails to the right customers, and the extra money each week feels real, not theoretical.
  • Instead of reacting all day, you spend your time on what you choose: slowing down, prepping for sale, or growing the parts that actually pay.

When someone asks, "What happens if you get sick for a week?"

…you can say, "The business still runs."

That's what this is about.

Not making your life busier.

Making your courier service simpler, clearer, and finally worth all the effort you've already put in.

Why You're Stuck

Most courier owners aren't stuck because they're lazy.

They're stuck because nobody ever showed them how to turn a job into a business.

Here's what that looks like in real life:

Nothing is written down.

  • Dispatch lives in your head.
  • Billing/AR is a mix of habits, texts, and "how we've always done it."
  • When you try to train someone, you're winging it every time.

You can't see where the money goes.

  • Some routes feel good but don't actually pay after fuel, time, and headaches.
  • You haven't raised rates in years because you're afraid to "rock the boat."
  • You don't have a simple way to see, "If I add a person, what has to change to afford them?"

You've tried handing things off… and got burned.

  • You hired someone, trained them verbally, they made mistakes, you took it back.
  • So now you're convinced: "It's just easier if I do it myself."

None of that is your fault.

You were taught how to run routes, not how to:

  • Outline every job
  • Turn it into simple steps
  • Hire around it
  • And price correctly so the whole thing makes sense

That's what we fix.

The Process

The 8-Week Courier Service Cleanup

This is a one-on-one, 8-week cleanup service I run just for courier owners. We do three things, in order:

01

We go through your courier service

  • We make a simple outline of every job in the business: dispatch, billing, AR, phones, drivers, etc.
  • We mark who does what today (you vs staff).
  • Together we pick one job that's clearly eating your time and stressing you out.

This gives us a clear target instead of trying to "fix everything" at once.

02

We fix that one job so someone else can do it

  • Write 5–10 simple step-by-step documents for that job (what to do, when, and how).
  • Create a role sheet showing what the person is responsible for and what "good work" looks like.
  • Build the job ad, interview questions, and first-week checklist.

So you can finally hand that job to someone else and either breathe a little or spend your time on bigger opportunities.

03

We tighten your money on the work you already do

  • Build a 12-month rate-raise plan for current customers (who, how much, when).
  • Set up a simple profit/quote sheet so you can see if a route or account will make or lose money before you say yes.
  • Call out specific spots you can raise rates without losing your best accounts.

So when you're ready to hire or pay yourself more, you can see exactly what has to change in the numbers to make it work – this is usually where we uncover tens of thousands of dollars a year hiding in underpriced or losing work and turn it into a clear plan you can start collecting on over the next 90 days.

This isn't theory. It's you and me, week after week, cleaning up one job and your money picture until it's done.

Why This Works

What Makes This Different

Courier-only.

I don't work with gyms, dentists, or "every small business." Just courier services like yours.

We fix the office, not just sell more routes.

Most programs talk about "more leads." If the business is broken, more work just breaks it faster. We repair the core jobs first.

One job, done right.

We don't pretend we'll fix your whole life in 8 weeks. We pick one job that's killing you and actually make it hand-off-able.

Plain English, not consultant speak.

No buzzwords. Everything we build you can hand to a normal person and say, "Follow this."

Built by someone who's sat in your chair.

I bought a messy courier service, carried the debt and AR, and dug out by doing exactly this: documenting, delegating, and raising rates. This is what I wish I'd had on day one.

What You Get

When you say "yes," here's everything included:

Seven deliverables built specifically for your courier service.

1

Business Job Outline & Constraint Callout

  • One-page outline of every job in your courier service.
  • Who does it today (you vs staff).
  • Highlight on the one job that's truly jamming you up.
2

SOP Pack for One Job

  • 5–10 plain-English step-by-step documents that cover that job end-to-end.
  • Written so a normal person can follow them without guessing.
3

Hiring Kit for That Job

  • Role sheet (what they own, how they're measured).
  • Job ad that attracts the right kind of person.
  • Courier-specific interview questions to spot red flags early.
  • First-week checklist so they start strong.
4

Daily/Weekly Check Sheet

  • Simple list you or a manager can review in minutes.
  • Lets you see if the job is being done right without hovering or micromanaging.
5

12-Month Rate-Raise Calendar & Templates

  • Exactly who you'll raise, by how much, and when over the next year, starting with the most underpriced work.
  • Ready-to-send emails and call scripts so those changes actually turn into cash, not "someday" ideas – for good long-term clients, problem accounts, and brand-new quotes.
6

Quoting & Profit Sheet

  • A simple Google Sheet that shows true cost on a route or account and expected profit before you agree.
  • Lets you say "yes" or "no" with numbers instead of gut feelings, and shows which work to keep, which to raise, and which to drop so you can add tens of thousands in profit over the next 12 months.
7

90-Day "After Cleanup" Execution Plan

  • When to actually post the job.
  • When to start rate raises.
  • What to watch as you step back.

Plus These Bonuses

These aren't fluff. They make the main work easier to use:

Bonus #1 – Owner Time-Back Tracker

See your time savings in writing so you actually feel the win and don't drift back into doing everything yourself.

Bonus #2 – Rate-Increase Script Pack

Taking a rate increase from "I know I should" to "Here's the exact email to send" is what turns your plan into cash.

Bonus #3 – Dispatcher/Admin Interview Library

One bad hire can wipe out months of gains. These questions help you spot the ones who talk a big game but don't show up.

All three are included when you join the 8-Week Courier Service Cleanup.

My Guarantee

The "Get It Built" Guarantee

By the end of 8 weeks you will have:

  • 1.A clear outline of every job in your courier service and which one is actually jamming you up,
  • 2.Simple written steps and a hiring pack so someone else can take over that job when you're ready, and
  • 3.A 12-month rate-raise plan with ready-to-send emails plus a profit/quote sheet for your current and future work,

…or I'll keep working with you at no extra cost until those are done.

No small print.

No "gotchas."

I can't guarantee what you'll do with these tools.

But I can guarantee you'll have them, working and ready to use.

Investment

Let's talk money.

If you hired a decent local consultant to come in, sit with you for weeks, document your jobs, build hiring tools, and sort out your rates:

  • You'd easily spend $20,000+,
  • And still have to explain how a courier service works from scratch.

That's why I do this as a focused, 8-week courier-only cleanup.

For bigger businesses that want 2 jobs cleaned up and deeper money work, I also offer a 12-Week Deeper Courier Service Cleanup for $18,000–$20,000. But for most owners, the 8-week cleanup is the best place to start.

Best Place to Start

8-Week Courier Service Cleanup

One-on-one. Courier owners only.

$8,000

$4,000 to start · $4,000 in week 4

What you're really buying is:

  • Getting out of the job that's killing you.
  • A way to hire around it.
  • A plan to make more money on the work you already have.
Apply for the 8-Week Courier Service Cleanup

If all this did was:

  • Get 10–20 hours a week off your plate,
  • And add a few thousand dollars a month in profit from better pricing,

it would pay for itself very quickly.

If you can't step away from your courier service, you don't own it.

I only run a handful of these 8-week cleanups at a time so I can stay hands-on. If you want one of the next spots, click below and fill out the short form. We'll talk, make sure it's a fit, and if it is, get your start date on the calendar.

Not sure yet? Hit the button, answer a few questions, and we'll set up a short call. If I don't think I can help, I'll tell you straight.

FAQ

Common Questions

Is this a group program?

No. It's one-on-one. It's you and me, working directly on your courier service each week for 8 weeks.

Do you work with any business, or just couriers?

Just courier services. Local/regional, $500k–$3M in revenue. That's it.

How much time will this take me each week?

Weeks 1–2, expect 3–4 hours total to pull reports and answer questions. Weeks 3–8, about 1–2 hours per week for the working call and light homework.

What if I don't have the right person to hand the job to yet?

That's fine. We'll still build the steps, role sheet, hiring ad, interview questions, and first-week checklist. You can post the role when you're ready, with everything prepared.

What if my service is "too small" for this?

If you're under $500k and don't have at least a few staff or drivers yet, this 8-week cleanup is probably more than you need right now. Still, feel free to apply. On our call, if I think you're better suited to a lighter 'SOP Starter Pack' (templates plus one working session), I'll walk you through that option instead.

What if the numbers show I can't afford a new hire right now?

Then we'll be honest about that. The profit/quote sheet and rate-raise plan will show you what has to change for a hire to make sense. Sometimes the first step is tightening rates and cleaning up existing work.

Do you guarantee profit increases?

I don't control your customers or what you choose to implement, so I don't guarantee dollar amounts. I do guarantee you'll walk away with the outline, SOPs, hiring pack, rate-raise plan, and profit/quote sheet we listed. If they're not done in 8 weeks, I keep working with you at no extra charge until they are.

Can I just hire a regular consultant or coach instead?

You can. Most will charge similar money to "advise" you, but you'll still have to explain how a courier service works and you likely won't get concrete, courier-specific documents you can hand your team. This is built only for courier services and focused on handing off one brutal job plus tightening your money.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

You get your deliverables plus a 90-day plan. If you want further help, there are options: a longer Full Company Systemization Sprint, done-for-you hiring, or periodic help with yearly rate-raise campaigns. None of that is required to get value from the 8-week cleanup.

How do we get started?

Click the button, answer a few questions about your service, and we'll schedule a short call. We'll walk through where you're stuck, make sure this is a fit, and if it is, we'll pick a start date and handle the paperwork.

Ready to hand off the worst job in your business?
